is Pay Per Click Advertising? |

Per Click (PPC) Advertising is a type of online advertising
in which advertisers (i.e. you) pay for visitors on a Cost
Per Click (CPC) basis. That is, advertisers only pay when
a Web searcher actually clicks on a link and visits their
Web site. PPC advertising is different than "traditional"
online advertising, where advertisers pay according to how
many times their ad is displayed. With Pay Per Click Adverting,
an ad can be displayed many times, but the advertiser pays
nothing unless a Web searcher actually clicks on the ad. When

What
are affiliate programs? |
Affiliate
programs are also known as associate, reseller, or referral
programs. They are revenue sharing programs between companies
(the merchant) and individuals (the affiliate). An Affiliate
can be likened to an independent contractor. Affiliates are
basically self-employed people who are marketing the products
and or services of another company. They are then paid by
the company they represent for referring customers to the
company's website. This strikes a wonderful partnership between
the company and the affiliate, offering a Win-Win situation

can I make money at this? |
| Depending
on what is the payout offered by the affiliate program you work
with, you have to get an idea of the maximum you can pay per
click in the search engines to turn a profit. Let's say you
promote a product that earn you $30 when you make a sale and
that you need to send an average of 200 visitors to make that
sale. Divide $30 by 200 and you get $0.15 So the maximum you
can bid on any keywords to turn a profit is $0.14 You will often
be able to place much lower bids on some keywords and thats
how you can make huge profit margins. There is so many different
products to sell on the internet and so many keywords to bid
